@Uber_Support No problem. I’m done with Uber. I deleted every account I had — rider and driver.
I also informed my family and friends about how this was handled, and they’re deleting their accounts too.

After 9 years with @Uber_Support , they disabled my account because their system flagged a “duplicate account.”
To be clear: I only had one driver account. The so-called “duplicate” was just a separate customer/rider account I had opened at some point — not another driver account
@Uber_Support My appeal was denied.
Phone support at least showed some compassion, but said it was “out of their hands.” Text support just repeated the same scripted response over and over.
If this is how Uber treats one of its own drivers, imagine how little they care about their customers.
