@ojosamarillos @jpfwg @Iberia They also lost our luggage on our flight from Quito to Heathrow via Madrid. They have found it now but refuse to deliver it to my home until Tuesday. We arrived on Thursday. Deplorable customer service.

@jpfwg @Iberia They lost our luggage too on our flight from Quito to Heathrow via Madrid. They have now found it and it is at their couriers in London who refuse to deliver it until Tuesday due to Iberia rules. Deplorable customer service.
