@sheart000 @myntra The same thing happened to me. My order was supposed to be delivered on October 23. I raised a complaint on the 24th, and they said it was in the nearest warehouse. Then on the 29th, the order was cancelled and they issued a refund.

JioMart is deceiving customers by delivering faulty products. When I raise a request for return, they only respond that the request is in process but never proceed to pick up the faulty product or issue a refund.
