How do U justify unevenly splitting a family & assigning seats different from my receipt without any correspondence at all?

What other industry can charge their customers for 1 thing, deliver something completely different, & not even so much as apologize or acknowledge it?

An accident of carelessness vs acting out unchecked impulses is different. The latter can bring dire consequences.
