🇯🇵 SBI Holdings (@sbigroup) agreed to acquire Japanese crypto exchange Bitbank for roughly $288M.

The acquisition would make @bitbank_inc a wholly owned SBI subsidiary and further consolidate Japan’s regulated digital asset exchange market around a major financial institution.

🇺🇸 The shareholder vote for @adam3us’s Bitcoin Standard Treasury merger with Cantor Equity Partners I has been moved to July 2nd.

If approved, the company is expected to list on Nasdaq, with more than 30,000 BTC on its balance sheet.

🟠 37.9% of total Bitcoin supply has not moved in more than four years.

A growing share of BTC continues to sit with long-term holders rather than returning to active circulation.
