Learning in your 30s is so different from learning in your 20s and teens. While previously the entire focus was on gettin great scores,now my focus is on imbibing the most from the experts I have access to.
"Happy learning" hasn't been more true than until now.

From growing up in a highly gender-unequal country to now living in highly gender-equal countries has made me examine my own gender-related biases.
