Redundancies. When they acquire new properties, there is always a plan to combine and improve efficiency while eliminating redundancies.

The plans rarely work like they expect so some of it is planned cutting and some is "I want to keep my bonuses coming so lay off people"

When financing is cheap, execs look like geniuses with debt driven growth.

It's by far one of the biggest issues affecting player count. The game is unplayable when gunfights are RNG bs because the servers can't process what's actually happening
