@dhwaninanavati I have exactly the same problem and what is helping me is the diagnosis itself. Low iron paired with borderline Vitamin D and B12. For some bodies, being in the lower end of the blood work won’t help. We need to be towards the higher end and when I get there it’s better.

Ma's phone was giving her troouble.
So I scanned Amazon to look for a new phone.
Showed it to her (big mistake).

She checked the price, quietly gave me my phone back, and said "theek chal raha hai - koi problem nahi hai mere phone mein" (my phone is working perfectly fine)

An entire generation trained itself to want less, so that we could have more.
