@nick6489 My problem is that I don't know enough to help them help us. It seems that the issue is bigger than Gimp itself, but if the development platform could implement accessibility, this would improve other open source projects.

Thanks to @nick6489, I've introduced my girlfriend to gimp, the open source equivilant of photo shop. It has 97 hotkeys context menus everywhere and a massive menu bar, but doesn't work with any screen reader. The developers are willing to help. https://t.co/wwEGN4SZtc
