@khzny Bookable "living room", private place people in the small studios/1 bedrooms can book to host superbowl parties, game nights, etc. Add a hot tub or barrel sauna on the patio with washroom/change facilities.

@DevaniAlkarim Isn't CMHC's MLI select product not intended for this purpose? What specific grants and incentives does the not-for-profit sector have access to that the private sector doesn't? (Not my area of expertise, and generally curious).
