We are having an old age home at 482 ,Vill: Asola Mehrauli. It is being run for the last 26 years. No donations, gift or any kind of private and govt is accepted. Around 42 persons, above the age 85 years live here. Everything is free from breakfast to lunch to dinner. Free medical and clothing. We booked two LPG cylinders on 3rd March with Bharat Gas Ltd, Shyam ji enterprises consumer no 69263233 in the name of Rakesh jain trustee. Another in the one resident of old age home ( GHARONDA). Till date we have not received it. There was no gas available so we gave them bread and fruits. Agent doing black marketing are asking 3200 rupees. I have asked my manager at old age home to wait till tomorrow or else buy from open market. Sikh restaurant owner @kingkapoor72 arrested for not offering halal meat at his Rangrez restaurant in Hammersmith, UK, after British jehadis surrounded the restaurant, issuing death threats.

Perhaps you are thinking that this defies logic. After all, if a restaurant doesn't serve halal, just don't go there. But there's more to it. The real reason for targeting Harman Singh Kapoor is that the halal industry and certification process employs only Muslims. This is discriminatory as per British labour laws but political correctness makes the judiciary and law enforcement look the other way. Over the medium to long term, the halal industry can throttle the non-halal sector and make Non Muslims jobless.

Kapoor is putting his life on the line to defend freedom of speech and action not just in Britain but the entire Non Muslim world. 6% British Muslims cannot be allowed to dictate their dietary laws on 94% Non Muslims.

VIDEO | Delhi: On the death of his 26-year-old son Tarun Kumar in a clash during Holi in Uttam Nagar, father Memraj says, "It was March 4, the day of Holi, around 11 pm. We were preparing to sleep when a 6–7-year-old girl accidentally dropped a water balloon from above. A woman passing through the lane created a dispute over it. We apologised, but she gathered her family members. Soon, 15–20 people arrived with sticks and rods and started attacking us. We ran inside the house, but they locked the door from outside. Several family members were injured. My 26-year-old son, who was outside playing Holi, returned home unaware of the fight. The group attacked him with iron rods and sticks, repeatedly hitting his head and throwing a heavy slab on his chest, killing him. He was our only support and was studying digital marketing. We are poor people. The police say some arrests have been made, but we have not been shown anything. I appeal to PM Modi and Delhi CM Rekha Gupta for strict action against those responsible."

Glad this new OTP menace has been highlighted. Delivery companies call for OTPs at arbitrary times of the day, and for some reason if the person cannot take a call, a parcel is gone. I have lost many because I was in a meeting, playing with my kid or doing something that involved not having a phone in hand.

Geeting waterproofing done on the terrace of my newly constructed house. During this waterproofing , I came to know that my turnkey contractor @HomesPrithu completely skipped waterproofing the terrace altogether while constructing the building. Chor contractor – straight up cheated me! Legally, yeah, I could file a civil suit against them, but that would drain so much energy and time, fighting in courts for who knows how long. I chose my peace of mind instead and decided to handle it myself, hired a proper waterproofing expert to get the job done right.
Once the terrace is fully waterproofed, the expert will move on to tackling the basement water logging issue.

China has banned flush and electronic door handles after incidents where Xiaomi EV doors remained locked following a crash due to power failure when a fire broke out.

Manual door locks have now been made mandatory.

Meanwhile, in India, we still prioritize flashy electric handles just for show-off. For passenger safety, these handles should be banned here as well.

ये घटना त्रिवेन्द्रम स्थित Kalyan Jewellers की है! एक पिता नें 29/11/2013 को अपनी बेटी की शादी के लिए एक नेकलेस खरीदा जिसका कुल वजन 49.580 ग्राम था तथा डिजाइनर स्टोन का वजन घटाने के बाद लगभग 43.500 ग्राम !

कुछ दिनों पहले 17/03/2018 को वो इस नेकलेस को बैंक के पास गिरवी रखने के लिए गये तो उन्हें झटका लगा जब बैंक के मुल्यांकनकर्ता (bank appraiser) नें जाँच के बाद बताया कि नेकलेस में सिर्फ 12 ग्राम के लगभग सोना है क्योंकि मोतियों के अंदर बाकी वैक्स भरा गया है !

जब वो इस बात को लेकर वापिस कल्याण ज्वेलर्स के पास गये तो वहां के ब्रांच मेनेजर नें बोला कि ये सही है कि ये वैक्स भरा जाता है और ये बात सभी को पता होती है !

जरा सोचिये...

अगर पता हो तो कौन मुर्ख मोम को सोने के भाव खरीदेगा.....???

पिता द्वारा विरोध जताने पर मेनेजर बोला कि चलिए हम ये नेकलेस वापिस ले लेंगे तथा आपको आज के सोने के भाव पर पर आपको पैसे वापिस कर देंगे जितना सोना है !

लेकिन परिवार नहीं माना और बोला कि उन्हें वो वास्तविक रकम चाहिये जो उनसे खरीदते समय ली गई थी और उन्होंने नजदीकी पुलिस स्टेशन में इसकी शिकायत दर्ज कर दी !

21/03/2018 को कल्याण ज्वेलर्स के स्टाफ का एक सदस्य समझौता करने के लिए पुलिस स्टेशन आया और बोला कि हम ग्राहक की मांग अनुसार इन्हें इस नेकलेस की वही कीमत लौटा देंगे जो इनसे ली गई थी!

90 % लोग सोना खरीदने के बाद बेचते नही है वो सोच रहे है हमारे पास इतना सोना पड़ा है पर हकीकत में वो गलत फहमी के शिकार है सोने का पैसा देकर वैक्स खरीद कर रखा हुआ है , गहने जितने भी है सब मे 50% खोट है!

एक बार अपने आभूषणों व सोने की जांच अवष्य दूसरे जगह करवाएं!
