BREAKING: Trump has just been officially sued in federal court over Trump Media selling advance millisecond access to his "market-moving" Truth Social posts to subscribers paying up to $100,000 per month via Truth API, per CNBC.

The lawsuit filed in NY federal court by The Intercept Media and the Freedom of the Press Association calls the scheme "extraordinary, corrupt, and unconstitutional," saying "the President stands to gain financially by giving 'market-moving' government information to those who are willing and able to pay his personal company." More than 10 customers have already signed up for the Truth API, mostly high-frequency trading firms.

And then they sent ambassadors to other countries to lecture those governments about transparency and rule of law.

Fun Fact: The DEA's Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF) investigated Jeffrey Epstein under Operation Chain Reaction for drug trafficking, prostitution, and money laundering.
