Kenyans need to have a candid discussion on whether we really need Parliament (National Assembly & Senate)! They have no independence completely. They have abdicated their votes to the highest bidder. They are cheerleaders. Parliament no longer plays its independent legislative & oversight role. Like an appendix to a body, it is useless. And as I have said, like a thong to a prostitute, it is a waste of time. This Parliament is the most useless in History. Money meant for Parliament should be given to Counties.
