@karpathy Are the programming languages relevant in the future? the elephant in the room is to continue optimizing for human readability, we are becoming the bottleneck, we could optimize for AI to be more accurate and efficient solving problems, the conversation is about governance IMHO.
@thdxr Yeah some people out there never experienced monitoring, A/B testing, feature flags, canary deployments, or even scale problems.
That arguments is like “I have a kids but never helped to raise them” but I’m a father/mother 😂
I like the fun part…
@GergelyOrosz I used think leetcode is useless, because it championed the engineers who are training for this style of interviews, doesn’t proof the candidates are proficient, but they demonstrate a good baseline that big tech can work on, the statistics speak louder. Nobody wants to trade it.
@rauchg@shadcn@gmail Well at this point emails should be over IMHO, I’m thinking that probably messaging systems are more efficient, the amount of bytes transferred to display ugly html to text ratio is an abomination, probably markdown is a better way and other type of controllable embedded content.
@rauchg Damn this drama went too far, I’m not sure if this money that going to be invested in lawyers and time of smart people could be used to create a competitor to WP Engine? or just poke to make a partnership, there’s better ways IMHO.
When a toddler grows into a kid and catches an apple, they're unconsciously calculating its trajectory and acceleration. This innate ability is a testament to our brain's capacity to process and understand physics, even without formal mathematical training https://t.co/t6Rrs26ON0
Imagine you create a road in a small town for everyone to move, you and some locals maintain this road, then somebody set a company in the town, only hire external workers and use the road every day with big trucks, not helping to maintain anything. The History of open source…
@svpino Accuracy: 200% - important!
This works for me every time, it’s an insane hack!
AI companies do not want to reveal this, you do less requests basically and this transfer to less revenue for them.
Please don’t reveal it.
Sarcastically accurate information.
Poor management tech trend,
“Remote working is breaking the economy, innovation happens if you are breathing the same air!”
Meanwhile sitting alone in their huge glass office, sending ground breaking emails with innovative ideas and technology…
- tech narcissist.
