Sniper nerfs do need to happen BIG TIME

- Remove the sweetspot mechanic entirely
- Add slight flinch when getting shot while scoped
- Slightly reduce muzzle velocities

@q_cashless @aviationbrk I’m not an expert neither but I have this feeling that they might thought the gear is down? All looks like a normal landing as if they had landing gear. I also think they should’ve touched way earlier, asap. To loose more speed..
