There's a battle taking place right at this moment. The battle for your mind. I post or share what I like. Don't care for likes or looking to be monetized.
Get it right - it's Israel who absorbing the consequences of TACO. It's Israel who's facing a multi-front war, getting bombarded everyday. The way it's trending now, Israel is better off without Trump's America getting in the way. If you're too chicken to finish the job, stop interfering and let Israel do it. Trump's America will end up losing the respect of all its allies.
Interesting speculation by journalist @Israel_Shamay:
- Trump publicly told Netanyahu to stand down. Privately? Green light.
- Gulf states begged him not to let the strikes resume. He heard them. He also heard Israel.
- Net result: he looks clean with everyone.
- And for Iran, the message is simple: come back to the table, or Israel picks up where it left off. The U.S. stays out, so there's still a way back from the edge.
@ajsteelshow If the deal is so good but it can't stand an Israeli retaliation even when attacked, then it's likely that it's not a good deal for Israel to start with. Is Israel getting pushed aside and sacrificed to get a good deal for Trump/Erdogan at Israel's expense?
If Netanyahu kowtows to Trump this time around, he's be voted out of office in the upcoming election. Israelis have had enough of being told to hold back while being attacked and killed.
🚨 IT'S OFFICIAL: Fires and smoke reported across Iran after Israel launched NEW STRIKES, including against the Mehrabad International Airport
President Trump recently said he was NOT happy about Israel striking Hezbollah in Beirut, and did not want Israel to launch this attack tonight
EXPLOSIONS heard across multiple cities
Trump now has some big decisions to make. All eyes on him 👀
@GOPIsrael@POTUS@netanyahu He can play his 12D chess or whatever all he wants but why does he have to humiliate his allies publicly? It's uncalled for and plain stupid.
Trump has wasted 2 months of begging for a deal and 2 months of Hormuz-induced global oil shock with nothing to show for so far. And he's still waiting for a piece of paper that Iran refuses to give him. The price has been high for zero gain. Worse, the price will be higher for Israel as it will have to finish the war eventually at a higher cost, now that Iran has been allowed to re-arm and re-group. And the cost to America is incalculable - an image of a superpower in deep decline that enemies and allies no longer respect. A presidency that promised so much bit is turning into a disaster. Tragic.
I suspect Erdogan and Tom Barrack have hypnotized him. If he continues down this track, not only will he get not get a good deal from Iran, he will have diminished the superpower image of America to the extent that China will invade Taiwan with full confidence that he will be TACO.
If you can't finish the job, let others finish it. You cannot stop others from doing what they are good at simply because you are not. Yes, President Trump we love you but, if you can't do it, allow Israel to do it.The Islamic regime in Iran understands power, not deals. This isn't real estate it's real status.
In response to Iran's attack on Israel, Trump flippantly said “each of them had their fun. Israel had its strike, and Iran had its strike. We don’t need another one.”
This statement is false.
Iran had its strike. Israel didn’t.
Trump is playing into the narrative that Beirut is de-facto Iranian property. It isn’t. It’s the capital of the (allegedly) sovereign state of Lebanon.
A strike on Beirut is not a strike on Iran.
Implying a strike on Beirut is a strike on Iran is as absurd as referring to a strike in Lugansk as a strike on Russia.
All it does is support the enemy’s imperialist ambitions.
Something happened to him that caused him to call for that ceasefire weeks ago. Everything's gone down hill since. He's been begging for a deal since. Did someone have something on this guy. Seems like his tough guy image is just for show. When push comes to shove, he's turned into a wimp.
⭕️ I have never seen a US president so determined to destroy his own legacy and reputation like this. I support him (having voted for him three times), but at this point, the “deal with Iran” needs to be the best deal ever made. Otherwise, Trump will spend the next two years fighting both the left and the right, trying to convince them that he “actually won the war.”
RUBIO: "Only stupid countries don’t shoot back when you’re shot at".
President Trump tells Axios he does not want Israel to strike back at the Islamic regime in Iran, even after it targeted Israeli cities, children, and women today.
Huh?
I am never happy criticizing Islam.
With every post I make, every article I publish, every interview I give, I wrestle within myself. This world is cruel, and it needs more kindness, and it saddens me that I can't contribute more of it.
If Islam were confined to a certain geography, I wouldn’t concern myself with it. If Islam were reformable, if it were possible for an open, high-trust society to survive it, I wouldn’t risk my life or waste my energy discussing this backward, dark ideology.
But the problem is that Islam is none of these things.
Islam is an expansionist ideology that, wherever it exists, erases individual liberties. And with that, it destroys creativity and prosperity.
What we have witnessed in the West since October 7 has been the rebranding of Islam using the lexicon of the left.
It is a moral obligation to stand against its expansion, to educate decision-makers about the threat it poses to the West, and to ensure that the Church, which plays a decisive role in shaping U.S. political direction, is equipped with the right tools and not deceived by false narratives.
Committing to moral obligations is a discipline that brings no earthly pleasure. I find no pleasure in combating Islam.
However, I can't live with myself if I choose to live a quiet, normal life while knowing that I might be able to make a difference, even if I am not very optimistic about the future.
