@Robin25461631 @pulsarhelium That's my concern. Topaz looks to have fractured reservoir behaviour which can give impressive initial flows & pressure responses, but real test is if connected fracture network & surrounding storage can keep feeding the well.

But correlation is not causation & here I'm focusing on voluntary purchases, not simply holding.

2. It is in the public interest to prosecute.

If they believed no intent aspect, then you'd expect charges under something like causing serious injury by dangerous driving, S1A RTA, where no intent needed.

@walty_pic Distressed for a reason. They're clearly working on an RTO, but key risk is they run out of time or cash before securing a credible target a& Nomad/LSE pre-clearance. One to watch from the sidelines. Even if they announce something, it may not qualify as an RTO. #COR
