The solution seems to be to run your own router, and configure their router to run in ‘bridge mode’, which I guess makes it work as a modem. Doable, but definitely not for everyone. So Airtel not only decides who you can connect to, they can also track the sites you connect to.

cuz docker basically uses 2 cool linux kernel features:

1. namespaces for isolation
2. cgroups for resource limits

so on mac and windows, they run containers in a linux vm.

language doesn't remove the vm.
