@flabbytofit99 You wrote 'no drama, no power struggles' which assumes little kids will simply accept the new rule (ESPECIALLY a changed rule) with absolutely no emotion or pushback.
@StubbornGuy32@gotrice2024 He was looking for a fight. He acted as if the goods and cart were his/part of him and obviously they aren't, but it's a civil matter if he wants to leave with the goods and they don't let the goods go without his production of the receipt.
@texasrunnerDFW@FirstSquawk It might be even, but I don't think it's weighted toward lower prices. Very few people buy their forever home in a particular transaction.
@Phazeoutx @Mining_losses @JesterJum So if I lived closer than some other team members, I wouldn't negotiate a higher pay since they don't have to pay me mileage, correct?
@dshuter@skylarromines@darrelltalksfi Full-time care for three kids could easily be 4K a month or more, depending on where they live. That's $48k/yr post tax + $90k more on their total taxed salary. Can easily see it being close to a wash.
@TonyIsHere4You@StealthQE4 This is exactly it. And the new homes that are being built in the most desirable areas, are not under the prices of existing homes.
@kevgk2@PippengerHarlo They don't understand that developers aren't landlords, and that what matters most to landlords is not the number on rent, but the margin.
