@anymanfitness @uglydouche this is a great recipe ive used something to this variant. you can make your own pasta for just a few eggs, salt and some flour. it does take more time to press out. but i feel a lot better making my own vs getting the store bought stuff.

@JulieChangRE @resetbasis ya probably ive seen some debt funds clear returns close to that but never promised and they were able to execute on that by basically being the lender of last resort to syndicators who got washed out after the 2022-2023 rate increases.

@domenicola85491 @calvinfroedge in theory its true however markets are not always efficient. to get a truly great stock you generally will have good fundamentals and good TA. Sometimes the fundamentals arent as obvious until later on.

I love how people are losing their minds here. You need to run the numbers for you. There are other reasons for owning a house than financial. They also probably dont know that from around 1980-2022 we had massive bull market tailwind in bonds: rates went from 18-20% to nearly zero. Any moron could make millions in RE with that. In 2026 we arent in the same rate path.

@domenicola85491 @calvinfroedge Im a big fan of technical analysis but you do need to look at why it might be the case it’s going down. Mosaic is having output and margin issues during a relatively good environment. Institutions look at this type of stuff.

if you surf, living in isabela is great, not sure on power situation there. as a trader you should absolutely live somewhere with a generator. Dorado is great for some people but might be a bit sleepy for you if you dont know anyone out there. been in PR for awhile now and also trade/invest full time. feel free to dm if you want.
