We’re rebuilding Notion Calendar natively for iOS.
Here’s a little look at where we are. It’s faster from the first tap. And has new day, week, month, and agenda views.
What’s on your wishlist for Calendar? We might just make it come true.
:)
1. I use Notion’s Custom Agents for workflows, and database automations for simpler notifications, Slack messages, and emails—like letting someone know when a status changes.
2. I use Claude Code in Ghostty to build Workers (though I think we’re making it so Notion AI can build them for you). I use ChatGPT like Google for personal stuff, and Claude for work questions when I don’t want the AI to have access to my workspace context.
3. Workers are a developer primitive we launched earlier this year. Basically, it’s a piece of code that connects any data source or API to Notion, so you can store the data in Notion and keep it synced with the original source. Confusing but we're working to hide the complexity so normal people can easily use them: https://t.co/WVwU43cqPq
4. A few ways we use agents in slack
We have a channel called Marketing Ideas where agents collect random ideas, add them to a database, and let people upvote or comment on them.
We also have agents that answer company knowledge questions in Slack, or triage product feedback to the right teams. I can drop a tweet into our product feedback channel, and the agent will read it, figure out which team owns that area, and forward it to their channel.
If it can’t figure it out or sends it to the wrong channel, people can correct it. The agent updates its instructions or memory, so it gets better over time. https://t.co/JdSMZM4WkB
You can also bring external agents into Notion through Custom Agents, which opens up a lot more. Basically work in notion can kick of work in your other agents like Claude code or cursor (https://t.co/Lu61ybgLos)
There are plenty of things you can build with Notion that I don’t think people assume are possible. We could definitely make the overall experience easier, but I’m sure plenty of us would be happy to help you get set up.
AI Meeting Notes just got a li'l more intuitive.
Now, Join and Transcribe will search pages in the event description (and attachments) to make sure you always land in the correct meeting note.
We’re winding down the Notion Mail inbox across web, desktop, and iOS on September 22.
We launched Notion Mail with a belief that your inbox should think like you—more personal to how you work and over time, more capable with AI.
As Notion agents have gotten more capable, we’ve seen more users hand off email workflows to them. Today, more than half of Notion Mail users manage emails without ever opening their inbox. So, we’re going all in on using agents to run your inbox.
We’re grateful to each and every one of you for building your routine around Notion Mail and trusting us with something that mattered as much as your email. More to come!
The Notion Mail Team.
🥁 Sync any data source. Whatever context you need can now live in Notion.
Our new database sync (powered by Workers) runs on our infrastructure and lets you sync any data source with an API into a Notion database.
Sync customer data from Salesforce to build detailed reports. Or connect Strava and Spotify data to curate the perfect running playlist.
New: your Notion Agent can now use your calendar.
It can find time with teammates, create and update events, AND show a real grid view of your calendar right in chat.
Every Tuesday for the next 10 weeks, we’ll be announcing new improvements to Notion AI Meeting Notes!
Buckle up. Momentum feels great & the team is working hard. 🤠

Some people think best while typing. Others think best while pacing around and talking to themselves.
This one's for the second group.
