#haberturk
Dear World. Thinking about ordering from @amazon ? Please think twice. They can sell you a defective product claiming it's renewed, and when you try to return it, you might end up paying the return fees yourselves, which is $330 by the way. @AmazonHelp
@AmazonHelp Just as I expected, a little pep talk and nothing further. Apparently they'll do their best to make sure I won't face such a thing on my future orders. Like I ever will buy something else. Are you able to realize that this is a #fraud? @JeffBezos
Dear @amazon how many days does it take for you to review and approve customer feedbacks? Or do you prefer to ignore the ones that are exposing liars? @AmazonHelp
@AmazonHelp Though I don't see how/why you will react differently than before, and I strongly believe that this is just an attempt to move this conversation from Twitter, I'm sending the email right now. But I won't give up on this, just so you know. @JeffBezos@amazon
@AmazonHelp ++Although I have lost a lot of time, and lost my trust in @amazon I was okay with the refund but trying to help this seller lie to future customers, you did not leave me a choice but tweeting about it. Do you have any explanations?
@AmazonHelp Okay, here is the thing: I have already contacted your customer service and heard nothing but a simple apology and refund offer to make up for A STORE OPENLY LYING TO ME AND SELLING ME A BROKEN PRODUCT. How about that?++
@AmazonHelp ++I do not have the warranty to cover such a repair! All the while the seller didn't even show a single sign of embarrasment for clearly trying to deceive me into buying a broken item! But offered a simple refund. Neither did Amazon, btw.++
@AmazonHelp ++When I told them it wasn't repaired at all,i.e. it is not a "certified refurbished" but a broken one sold as renewed ON PURPOSE, they told me that I have warranty and can ask for Dell's help. And guess what Dell told me?++
@AmazonHelp ++The left half of the screen cannot apply brightness settings properly. And the seller first suggested that it might be an update issue, then blame it on @amazon like it is possible for such thing to be caused by a faulty transportation.++
@AmazonHelp ++I've purchased a CERTIFIED REFURBISHED product, and realized no one has actually done anything to repair the item. DELL customer support agents have confirmed that the issue I am experiencing is the exact same problem the item was returned to Costco for.++
