@juli_bg_bs I haven't seen any "pure" covid pneumonia patients in our ICU since the beginning of the year. Now it's either with COVID or COVID is an aggravating factor in otherwith previously very unhealthy patients(obese, old etc) that also have another acute condition
@juli_bg_bs@XelaPhila I got it only 10 days after everybody had it in my household. Took bromhexine, ambroxol, desloratadine and azelastine nose spraw though, who knows, it may have helped (got it only after I started reducing doses). Can't live taking all those meds daily either though 😂
@juli_bg_bs I'm really not convinced that the omicrons are intinsically milder than previous variants. CFR in Hongkong was same the as 1st wave in other places.
It must be ivermectin week. Here's another study showing no benefit. Hate to think how much money has been wasted on ivermectin trials that could have been spent on other research:

In this trial of IV vitamin C in adult patients with sepsis, those who received a vitamin C infusion had a higher risk of death or persistent organ dysfunction at 28 days than those who received placebo. #CCR22 https://t.co/8tpW7Yud6a
The 1986 Chernobyl nuclear disaster caused approx. 4000 deaths and started a vivid debate that never really stopped. A potential pandemic pathogen escaping from a lab can cause millions of deaths and we're not having a discussion about that?
