Booked an AC repair today, technician mentioned 5k estimated repair cost. I asked him to come tomorrow to remove the PCB, the status is "on HOLD" on your app. Then I solved it simply by applying WD40. But you won't cancel the repair job? What's the procedure now?

How ridiculous is this? You have charged 1200 times more late payment fees instead of rounding of 32/38 Paise? That too to a loyal customer who never missed a pymt?
