@UberEats@Uber_Support Fascinating. I get no response from DMs. Restaurant closing time passes. My wife called to cancel, got a recording, it hung up on her. The order is “picked up” 20 min after closing. Now my wife had to talk to the driver herself. This service is garbage.
@UberEats Why is it always the case that an order sits in limbo for over an hour with no status updates. If I cancel my order I get charged. If a restaurant can’t fulfill an order, just tell me. Don’t waste my time.
@AskBCBSGa Given the recent concerns around data breaches and PII safety. Why send me a form asking for my SSN and offer a phone number to call in where the person says 1) I can’t do that and 2) says I shouldn’t even have that number?
@Postmates_Help I sure love it when the app says our food is delivered but nobody came to the door. I love getting charged for getting no food. We are done with this broken service.
