It's a great quote by David Ogilvy. Because of our blind spot, most of us miss where the leverage is.

There is usually an opportunity to double or even triple your results in many projects and ventures.

The focus of many businesses, however, is on reducing expenses.

It may be easier, more predictable, or more controllable.

It may be all of the above.

Although we shouldn't let expenses spiral out of control, we should focus most of our energy and resources on growing our income.

It's like personal finance influencers telling us to cut back on lattes. It won't make a huge difference.

Being able to increase your income through salary negotiations, side hustles, or investing...

That'll probably have a bigger impact.
