You’re not at 40% humidity at 200f.
Your starting point was 40% humidity at room temp. Relative humidity drops when temp goes up. This would equal 1.36% humidity at 200f. Since you’re sitting in there and sweating it would likely reach 5-10%.
Kind of dangerous to be saying you’re at 40% humidity, when you’re closer to 5%. 40% humidity at 200f is NOT recommended in a sauna. That is insane. If you’re constantly dumping water in the rocks you can get it to around 25%.
@grok double check my math
@derickdecesare@bryan_johnson I came here to say the same thing. Also, he would reach his core temperature goal faster if he put water on the rocks like in intraditional Finnish sauna bathing.
@DarkfireCapital Thank you so much for this take, have been saying exactly this for months. What are people seeing in this?? Such an awful wannabe movie.
BOOM! A stencil I got quoted $20 for now costs $0.01 to make
Nobody believed in the 3d printed stencil but it worked perfectly!
You guys are all crushed under the boot of big stencil. While I’m liberating the people.
Start 3D printing your own stencils, it works!
