I'm confused @NovotelBKK_PS@NovotelSiam
Which scale should I look at: the 3 colours, the 5 qualitative assessment, or the 10 scale rating?
The colours bias the 10 scale! How do you showcase the results? I have a guess.

I did not check if the above is supported by broad research. It's definitely biased to what resonates with me.
And still, I'd have benefited from that knowledge 3y ago.
Do you have any research on #organisationaldesign? More ideas?
I'd love to discuss .

ALIGN REPORTING
Try to avoid people managers w/o direct project involvement & project leads managing people that don't report into them.
If you cannot work around it, the right incentive structures & shared goals need to solve for that.

Over the past years, I have conducted multiple workshops with people from Tech, from my start-up & with students.
Do you want to know which tool I always use for keeping the audience engaged & aligned?
JOURNALING! I try to use it every time and here is why:
🧵👇
TL;DR - Journaling is a strong tool that can improve your workshops. Participants & facilitators do both benefit from it in the short-term (e.g. buy-in), but also in the long-term (e.g. retention).
I always reserve a few minutes for it at the end of a major agenda item.
@squarespace@anchor@zencastr@auphonic I've tested far more tools but utlimately sticked with those.
And if you've clicked the podcast & wonder why we stopped publishing after 18 episodes?
We strictly prioritise:
• We got traction ☑
• improved SEO ☑
• benefit from the episodes online ☑
• & it was fun ☑

It helped to grow an audience in our niche, to demonstrate expertise & to reach our first customers.
Here are the top 3 tools we've used

@squarespace@anchor@zencastr 💥 Killer tool 3: #Fiver - #Podcast#Editing
Yes, I outsource all the editing for about $30 per episode. I also played around with tools such as @auphonic (which I loved) & filters but ultimately outsourcing guaranteed constant quality & saved me 30-60 mins per episode.
To recap: Teletherapy has its own benefits over in-person therapy. It's relatively new though & adoption will grow with its acceptance.
It's just another treatment channel. And benefits can be used stand-alone or in a mix.
Are you missing any myths here? I could think of more..
Teletherapy 101
Based on my experience a founder of a teletherapy startup, I consider these to be the:
3 biggest myths in speech & language teletherapy 🧵👇
#slp#teletherapy
Myth 3: Teletherapy is impersonal.
Teletherapy can be as personal as in-person therapy. Some people may find it even to be more comfortable & less intimidating than in-person therapy.
