@AngelaRayner They also didn’t clear you of any wrongdoing this is misleading. You’ve just paid your tax you owed and didn’t get a fine. You did wrong you didn’t pay enough tax this is a fact. HMRC has not and does not declare no wrongdoing.

Coincidentally paid the least amount possible. Resignation letter then says didn’t seek professional advice.
