The meaning of life is never some distant destination that must be reached; it is the present moment—when you choose to pause and feel the warmth of the sun upon your skin.
Listen to the sound of the sea breeze brushing against the parasol, and say to yourself: "So, it is possible for me to live this effortlessly, too."😊😊
I have serious concerns with this $5,000-check proposal. We are already more than $40 trillion in debt, and I cannot support another massive spending package without a clear way to pay for it.
Tying government checks to the outcome of an election starts to sound like pay-to-play politics. Republicans should earn the support of the American people through good policy, not by promising another round of checks from Washington.
Meanwhile, the Senate has hundreds of House-passed bills waiting for action. Congress should be focused on getting that work done and putting our country on stronger financial footing.
Show me how this is paid for without adding to the debt. Until then, I cannot support it.
Wow.
North of Dallas is getting smoked.
I lived in Frisco back in 2022 and everyone said the market was impervious to a decline.
And now it’s in free fall.
Some zips are down almost 20% on value already.
And inventory through the roof.
More correction coming in Collin and Denton County in 2027.

Why is golf so difficult?
Because it exposes the most stubborn weaknesses of human nature in the most elegant way. This sport is like a sophisticated personality analyzer, specifically targeting the mindset cultivated through success in other fields.
1. The Ineffectiveness of Money: A million-dollar custom club can't beat the secondhand feel of an experienced caddie. Wealth can buy a ticket to the course, but not the sweet spot of getting back to the swing.
2. The Time Paradox: Eight hours of continuous practice may not be as effective as 20 minutes of proper practice. Golf only values effective time, not effortful performance.
3. A Breeder of Impairment: Over 70% of professional players' shots are imperfect, let alone yours as an amateur. Make accepting imperfection a muscle memory.
The counterintuitive principle of golf philosophy: The further you want to hit, the more you need to control your power. The more you approach a hazard, the more you should focus on the target, not the obstacle. The solution to life's problems often lies on the other side of the problem.
The cybernetic experimental field allows the ball to fly uncontrollably, but the controllable part must be absolutely controlled. For example, the beautiful grip and stance, the ability to control what needs to be controlled, and the acceptance of what needs to be accepted—this is a cognitive correction for contemporary elites. Those who succeed in other fields using these methods will ultimately learn to coexist with imperfection in golf.
Reverence for the laws of nature, maintaining balance amidst chaos. The rules of this game, evolved over 600 years, are essentially training a high-level survival wisdom. Maintaining a core of certainty amidst the storms of uncertainty.
It doesn't cure technical deficiencies, but rather our current overinflated illusion of control. In conclusion, golf is the cure for all kinds of defiance. What do you think?
Eliminate spending on every NGO, eliminate SNAP, Medicaid, housing assistance & all other benefit programs. Tell the states they can fund them if they are needed. Eliminate all funding to stuff like Kennedy Center, NPR. Lots of cuts possible. Let me at it, I can do it!
Congress has frittered away massive surpluses in payroll tax revenue it collected over many decades.
Now Congress wants to impose massive tax hikes on individuals and businesses to bail it out for its profligacy.
Good News for American Homebuyers! Effective Today, in the interest of transparency, ALL Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS), ALL Credit Risk Transfers (CRT), and ANY Securitized Product issued by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will now carry a VantageScore, in addition to a FICO score. One company cannot hold the market hostage. Americans and Investors and the market want change.
@CommonSenseSoln Of course, you can't just have data. If you can't speak, at least you can think! You just need to observe and learn from the angle and power of an AI playing golf though I imagine your brain isn't faster than the AI's data processing
If this bill fails it won’t be because of ethics, it will be because Democrats didn’t join Republicans in embracing a bipartisan bill that protected consumers, cements America’s leadership in digital assets, and empowered law enforcement to clamp down on illicit finance.
On numerous outstanding issues, Democrats continue to demand changes that would give future regulators the ability to kill the crypto industry. If we can bridge those gaps I’m confident we can pass Clarity, but they require further compromise from Democrats, not the White House.
