Sans deflectors & sporting Westinghouse equipment, 7MT 70043 is caught by John B. McCann showing its paces at Rugby in March 1954. As built & seen here, the 7MTs were built with forked return cranks secured with a clamping bolt ala the LNER, later amended to LMS 4-bolt practice.
