@uubzu I think this is more of an old twitter take from the metoo era that has reached midwits in the bureaucracy. It’s more of an autistic obsession with the principle of bodily autonomy as an explanation of why rape is bad, than a secret attack on brown incest I think.
@AlyssRayne@iselda_dance@raygretts Its really insane that we pretend that people are getting traumatized from being pinched in their but. Fake moral outrage that probably cause more harm than the pinching itself.
@CaptainPikeachu@raygretts Yeah, I’m hurt because all the kids I want to hug are too cool for me😂😂Really digging down into the dark underbelly of my mind here, genius. You are copying «we don’t want you» rethoric from grown women rejecting sexual proposals and using it in a really icky context.
@AlyssRayne@raygretts Girls don’t learn this. Read Norah Vincent or any honest ftm trans person. You operate under a completely different set of social expectations. Men reduce the number of mistakes as well but there is no end state of perfect communication.
@iselda_dance@AlyssRayne@raygretts I want people to touch each other actually. Public life should be like drunk scenes in old movies where men pinch buts with a big grin on their face and women slap them in their face for being impolite. We need to bring back public perv culture and sexual entitlement. It’s sexy.
@AlyssRayne@raygretts «Consent» is mostly frame control after the fact. Women don’t really understand the chronology of communication, because you can touch people freely without risking serious social repercussions or violence. Boys quite literally have to take a risk if they want any human contact.
I'm coming from an eminently practical familiarity with normal family life- and yes, it does actually matter very much how we afford acts of physical affection social significance because if you socialise a child to believe that an "unlicenced hug" from a relative is an emergency situation they will take that cue from them and have a stunted relationship with physical touch as a result
@AlyssRayne@raygretts Crippling their social development and shaming their very nature by forcing totalitarian ideologies down their throat. People should be able to touch each other without a completely inorganic witch hunt appearing to hunt down their human instincts.
@IsDesBoot@raygretts This is not the type of situation depicted and criticized in the commercial. It’s a kid feeling mildly awkward about a hug from their grandparents and making a huge fuss about it.
@AlyssRayne@raygretts Fair points, but I think the current obsession with consent is net bad and antagonistic to boys. Human communication involves risk, and you can’t preemptively weed out every behavior with some negative expected value without seriously reducing human freedom and flourishing.
@SaltAndSlowBurn@raygretts I already touch kids all the time dumb dumb. The woke moralist and their propaganda machinery will NEVER put me or my grandparents on a list. I will NOT surrender!
@memeticsisyphus Abortion is mostly bad because men are negatively affected emotionally by having their offspring killed off. That never enters the conversation because women are simply viewed as first class citizens with special rights when it comes to killing off children that give them the ick
@raygretts Giving in to every demand of a toddler to decrease the amount of closeness and human touch among relatives. I don’t like it. I don’t like it at all.
@minordissent You’re a bit manic and lack nuance on this stuff imo. There is a place and time for bitterness and humble defeat. Submitting to the will of the cosmos, like the worlds fattest man did among others, is sometimes submitting to truth and honesty.
@RichardHanania Agree. We should see more autistic optimizers now if it’s really that much of a problem. The space of minds seem more like random human brain states than monomaniacs obsessed with fixed goals through time.
