@Swiggy @SwiggyCares Before placing the order, delivery time was shown as 25-30 mins, after placing the order it increased to 85 mins, hence I cancelled it immediately in less than a min and still the team is refusing to refund my money.

@fnp_ind is misguiding and cheating customers. While placing the order they communicate that you can cancel the order 24 hours before the delivery however there is no option to do that in the app and their customer care clearly refused it. #fraud #cheating #misguiding
