@AskPS_UK Hi, ive already done this and activision said that playstation support is only capable of unlocking the trophy not them.

@AskPS_UK Yes, every other game is working great apart from black ops 4, the trophy (prestigious reward) states to prestige 25 weapons to max, Not only did I do this but I fully prestiged every single gun in zombies to the max and still havent got it.

@AskPS_UK I completely understand about your queue based system. However, a 24-hour wait gap between each reply isn't acceptable as I'm a very competitive player and I need to be exercising my fluctuance online. However, due to this present reoccurance, I cant do that.
