@AmazonHelp I see you’ve removed the link from the site. I’m glad no one else can order the product. But it’s a shame you’re still expecting us to go to Sony store during COVID to get a letter of authenticity for something bought from Amazon.

Dear Amazon, bought a PS4 when vacationing in india. It’s a fake, along with empty game cases. Customer service says 5+ days of investigation before anything can be done. Disappointed. Where do we go from here? @amazonIN @AmitAgarwal @amazon @ajassy

@AmazonHelp @Sony @PlayStation Amazon India shipped us a fake PS4 and when we raised the issue, asked us to get a letter of authenticity from the manufacturer. Does the attached look like an authentic PS4 to you?
