My AirPods were stolen from my checked bag on @IndiGo6E. 2 days later, IndiGo has done almost nothing. 😡

Simple facts:
✈️ Goa → Hyderabad → Pune, connecting flight
🧳 My bag went straight through. I could not touch it.
📍 Find My shows my AirPods near Hyderabad airport. Same place for 24+ hours.

So who had my bag? Only IndiGo.

I gave IndiGo everything: PNR, bag tag, photos, live location. Their reply? A list of questions and advice to “keep valuables in cabin bag.”

No call. No action. No sorry for their own mistake.

The police went to the location. IndiGo didn’t even call me.

Let’s be honest. My AirPods are as good as gone. Someone else has them, and I may never get them back.

@IndiGo6E, my bag was in YOUR hands. Accept it. Pay for my AirPods and my torn bag.

.@hydcitypolice Update: Find My shows my stolen AirPods Pro at the same location this morning (8:54 AM) as last night: Road Number 14/15, Shamshabad, near Hyderabad airport. They’ve stayed there overnight 👇

They were taken from my checked bag while @IndiGo6E transferred it at Hyderabad airport.

@iatharvkulkarni @IndiGo6E Ikr!

[atharv @iatharvk]

UPDATE: @IndiGo6E support now says they “can’t do anything because I didn’t complain THE MOMENT I picked my bag off the belt!!

How was I supposed to know?! Am I now expected to unpack and inspect every single item at the belt every time I fly IndiGo?! Keeping checked bags safe is YOUR job, not mine!

And it’s not just the AirPods. My bag is TORN too 👇! Not the zip, actual damage to the bag! Stolen from AND damaged while in YOUR custody, and your answer is “too late”?!

This is ridiculous!! @DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI @jagograhakjago please look into this. No passenger should be treated like this!

[Divya Singh @divya_ds1111]

@iatharvkulkarni @IndiGo6E Indigo has the most unsupportive staff out of all airlines functioning in India as per my personal experience as well. They don’t care about you and they show it to your face if they have to. Hardly cooperative. Hope you find it back somehow

My AirPods were STOLEN from my checked bag on @IndiGo6E [6E 945 / 6E 311], Goa → Pune via Hyderabad. Connecting flight, so the bag never left your hands. Find My shows where they were 1 hour ago 👇

Your answer? “Not our responsibility.” Shameful!! Can anyone at IndiGo help me?!!

@hydcitypolice @cyberabadpolice my AirPods were taken in transit through Hyderabad airport and the location is in the screenshot. Please help trace them. Happy to share details by DM.
