My AirPods were stolen from my checked bag on @IndiGo6E. 2 days later, IndiGo has done almost nothing. 😡

Simple facts:
✈️ Goa → Hyderabad → Pune, connecting flight
🧳 My bag went straight through. I could not touch it.
📍 Find My shows my AirPods near Hyderabad airport. Same place for 24+ hours.

So who had my bag? Only IndiGo.

I gave IndiGo everything: PNR, bag tag, photos, live location. Their reply? A list of questions and advice to “keep valuables in cabin bag.”

No call. No action. No sorry for their own mistake.

The police went to the location. IndiGo didn’t even call me.

Let’s be honest. My AirPods are as good as gone. Someone else has them, and I may never get them back.

@IndiGo6E, my bag was in YOUR hands. Accept it. Pay for my AirPods and my torn bag.

UPDATE: @IndiGo6E support now says they “can’t do anything” because I didn’t complain THE MOMENT I picked my bag off the belt!!

How was I supposed to know?! Am I now expected to unpack and inspect every single item at the belt every time I fly IndiGo?! Keeping checked bags safe is YOUR job, not mine!

And it’s not just the AirPods. My bag is TORN too ���! Not the zip, actual damage to the bag! Stolen from AND damaged while in YOUR custody, and your answer is “too late”?!

This is ridiculous!! @DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI @jagograhakjago please look into this. No passenger should be treated like this!

They were taken from my checked bag while @IndiGo6E transferred it at Hyderabad airport.

Update: Hyderabad City Police visited the Find My location in Shamshabad today. Thank you @hydcitypolice for acting quickly 🙏

The AirPods are still showing at the same spot after 24 hours. It’s a multi-storey area, so they couldn’t pinpoint the flat. It still is at the same location.

Meanwhile, in Pune I’ve spent the whole day trying to get a Zero FIR registered, which BNSS Section 173 allows at any police station. It still isn’t registered. eComplaint is on file though.

@IndiGo6E, the details you asked for have been sent by email and DM (case 42140037). Waiting to hear what your investigation finds.

@divya_ds1111 @IndiGo6E I definitely noticed this as well! I am doing all that I can do from my side. I have attached the last known location (1hr ago) and tagged everyone I can! It is very shocking to me that something like this can happen and they are not ready to take any responsibility!
