Update: I just received this decision from Appeals Centre Europe “YouTube failed to provide sufficient information to justify the removal.
As a result, the decision is made in favor of the user, and the platform is informed.”

My 120K political commentary channel was also suddenly terminated, even though all our content was fully original analysis and completely policy-compliant.
I’m starting to think the issue is that our content was political.

I just received this response from @TeamYouTube.
Our channel is a political commentary channel with 120Ksub, producing fully original analysis for 5 y with no violations of the policies listed.
How can YouTube shut down a channel like this so easily without any real explanation?

My case is almost identical to yours — I also filed with the Appeal Center Europe, but they still haven’t replied to me. My 120K channel was terminated for “spam” on October 13, even though I didn’t violate any rules.

@John_O_Connel1 If YouTube can ignore a decision that was already ruled in your favor, then it feels like nothing really matters… and even if the Appeal Center supports me, it may not help either.
The problem is that all the power is in YouTube’s hands, and we can’t do much. ☹️

We followed every rule. Please, @TeamYouTube, my channel deserves a fair human review.
