Okay, doing some housekeeping tonight. Obviously with the new chaser show on Discovery, I’ve had TONS of messages especially on Facebook asking why Zero and I aren’t included. (For those new to my pages, Zero is the puppy I rescued from the Rolling Fork tornado that now chases with me.)

I’ve got a couple short answers.

1.) A lot of the episodes airing involve tornadoes I had to miss last year because I took time off to become a father and spend time with my newborn daughter, as any good parent would do. No tornado last year was more important than spending quality time with Gods greatest gift.

2.) That said, I do believe there were numerous episodes of Into the Storm that Zero and I would’ve fit into well, but I was never contacted for them.

I know a lot of you wanted to see us on the big screen, and trust me, I’m just as bummed about it as you are. But in the meantime, I’m going to keep grinding and working my ass off to make sure that opportunity comes eventually. I haven’t poured my blood, sweat, and tears into this career for the last 5 years just to be cut out of something special. I didn’t want to make this post but with the amount of questions from everyone I figured I needed to clear the air!
