@networkrail @AvantiWestCoast absolutely incompetent traffic management letting late running 9M86 leave BHM before fast 1B62 you now have two late running trains and 1B62 will have follow stopping 9M86 all the way to Euston. Delay repay does not compensate lost time.

@Se_Railway Sorry off train so cannot see but it was a citybeam you should be able to find from the diagram now onto a networker to cst same issue too hot at least this has opening windows. All your trains are too hot for the time of year.

@AvantiWestCoast This does compensate for loss of time which is not valued by the delay repay. I want to know A why the 1947 was not re crewed and 2 what was the dispatch incident who was at fault for this?

@AvantiWestCoast please explain what the “dispatch issues” were with 9M59 2021 BHM - EUS causing 20 min delay on top of 1947 BHM - EUS being cancelled due to no crew. Delay repay does not compensate enough for this combined delay. Also minimal comms as to the delay on 9M59.
