Disappointing meal in m&s cafe Marble Arch yesterday. Paid £16 for 2 scampi & chips, undercooked,soggy & oily. On complaining, was offered more oily chips or a drink but I'd just had one.
Not your usual standard. ( btw Coffee & cold drink were lovely)
