@PayPalUK It seems there is a sophisticated scam going on at the moment when you checkout using PayPal that a merchant is then able to go back into your account and then charge you more than what was agreed at the checkout and as a consumer there’s nothing we can do about it 🤯😱

@Bordonoss @ScottishPower @SP_EnergyPeople Tell you to call the customer service number on the bill you call them, then they say their not customer services and don’t have the number and won’t put you through so your stuck in a rabbit hole.

Took me 3hrs on chat just to make a complaint and not keep buying me off!

@ScottishPower @SP_EnergyPeople in what world do we live in where a “customer service agent” of yours can refuse to speak to a customer and just leave them on hold and keep checking back to see if they have cleared the line and then keep you waiting longer 🤔

Hey @LGUKCare can you create a cycle that I can download to my drier so whenever I dry my bedding I don’t end up with this and have to pull it out every 5 mins as it’s screwing up with my heat-pump efficiency 🤯🤯🤯
