@jimmysong Q on #ProgrammingBitcoin ch 5: The number of outputs is encoded as a varint (< 2^64) but the index in an input is 4-byte (< 2^32). Why the discrepancy? Doesn't this create a theoretical possibility of an unspendable output (albeit as part of a *massive* transaction)?
