@Se_Railway I get that sometimes things go wrong and last minute changes can affect if a ticket office is open or not... but let's face it, this is just to up the payout to your shareholders. Fix your website and maybe put a sign up too. Ain't that difficult tbh...

@HMRCcustomers Hi, that's not really good enough, to be honest. Why should I not be able to access a government service because I don't want to pay for an additional voluntary form of ID. Surely there is another option. This is ridiculous.

@TfL Why one earth are your staff at Covent Garden blocking two extremely useful gates Im not being funny right, but there are already too little gates at the entrance to Covent garden. There was a queue up to the entrance just because your staff don't know a good plage to stand.
