@getpitstopin My service has either not happened without an update, delayed, or canceled without intimation or now I am not receiving any response from phone calls and messages. This is highly unprofessional this has been going on since 30th April.
@Paytm I faced an issue of a wrong scan during a payment and I raised a ticket and no one has bothered to call back. your 24x7 support has no option for this issue. I need to know the service provider's name to resolve this. Can your team at least respond to a query?

@Uber_Support in an incident at the Bangalore Airport today Your team at the location surpassd their own rules & got people taxis while about 50 other people are waiting in different zones. Over it one of the employees spoke in the most unprofessional manner. Escalation needed.
@Olacabs i am standing in the middle of the road.. I did not take the cab and the drives is asking to pay in full. There is no customer support number.. what the freaking hell.
@Uber_Support you have removed the cancelled ride option from your app. I booked two auto today and the first one cancelled after confirming saying he doesn't want to go to my drop location. But atleast he was not rude.
The second guy, made me wait for 6 minutes.. cont..
& now I can't discreetly message in the app. I have to create a scene because cancelled rides are not showing on the trips. @Uber_Support you really need to put some rules to your drivers.. they cancel all the time if we don't have cash .. that's bad enough if you are in a hurry
