My 4 months old XEV 9S is giving a real world range of around 400-440 km per charge instead of their claim of 500 and I received my car with 99.5% SOH. Kindly check SOH %age before buying Mahindra EV cars

Same XEV 9S 79kw Pack Three Above having SOH as 99.5% and am getting range of only around 440. See image which is self explanatory. Get your SOH checked at their service centre

@mahindraesuvs @KicchaSudeep Think twice before booking! Trying to get a refund is a nightmare. They won't respond to calls, emails, or tweets. All you get is an automated "we’ll contact you soon," but they never follow through. Zero customer support.

Hey @anandmahindra,why aren't we getting release notes with OTA updates? We deserve to know what changes are being made to our cars. If phone and laptop brands can provide detailed update logs, auto brands should do the same for vehicles.

See attached screen shot of my friend's BE6 where it's showing 698 range whereas in my 9S,I have never seen any number above 600 till now because I have degraded batteries pack since beginning
