Recently @Bankless did a piece on where DeSci goes next as AI collapses the cost of drug discovery. Molecule Labs is called out as the open data layer that the ecosystem has been missing.

Been a long building season at @vitadao. a few updates:
1/ VitaApp is in private alpha. selected community members being served first, public release follows shortly. this will be the first VitaDAO consumer app, with our own longevity AI engine built in @Aubrai_ . health optimization grounded in research; encrypted end to end to preserve users privacy - finally an app like this will come into existence.
2/ Aubrai is our AI agent built to accelerate the science itself. generates hypotheses, sends them to CROs for validation, pays scientists when results land. closing a native AI-to-wet-lab integration soon.
3/ VitaRNA, one of our first IPT projects, is developing tRNA suppressor gene therapies for nonsense mutations tied to aging. led by Michael Torres, who just recently sold his last biotech company to Eli Lilly in a deal worth up to $300M. VitaRNA was funded with $91K from vitadao + $300K via IPT sale, partnered with Lonza for GMP manufacturing. lead candidate ARTAN-102 just showed 350x liver expression in vivo. next stop: primate toxicity.
4/ the portfolio is moving too: Gero (backed in 2023) signed Roche's Chugai in July 2025. up to ~$250M in milestones, 1B+ potential with royalties, for AI-discovered antibody targets in age-related disease. platform trained on 100M+ longitudinal medical records.
5/ Rubedo (backed in 2021) is also making progress on AI. their ALEMBIC platform reads single-cell data from primary human tissue to find pathologic senescent cells. SenTech then designs the molecule against them. result: RLS-1496, the first GPX4 modulator ever dosed in humans (May 2025). positive Phase 1 readouts in psoriasis, atopic dermatitis and photo-aged skin came in March 2026. Phase 2a coming.
6/ and we're rebuilding VitaLabs, VitaDAO's incubation program into a fully AI-native longevity biotech venture studio. tiny founding teams, $100-150K, 6-9-month proof factories with CROs and pharma BD pre-wired from day one. cohort 1 capped at 3 projects. whitepaper out soon.
