Been told by @UK_CAA (via phone call)put a claim in(we done when it opened for the deposit) he ammend it for the full price whilst on the phone and if it doesn't come before the end of the week it will take 60 days from the day you made the claim "messed up info from thomas cook"

We are aware that some consumers have experienced a delay in receiving their refund, and we are investigating this as a matter of urgency.

@Alexand70319265 @LeighAnne8701 @UK_CAA The main number on therr website. Il be honest I didn't expect them to do anything but said we done the claim wrong as only put cash deposit down not cash and card deposit. didn't do or say anything else just was polite.
