@GrantSmithEllis It’s ok to rest- give the bones, muscles, tendons and cartilage some down time and a chance to repair from so much repetitive strain. I lost all the cartilage in dominant hand due to overuse gardening, stonescaping & carpentry! You can buy a new PC. Can’t buy a new hands!
