@grabph Grab charged me ₱800 TWICE for a single GrabGift on Feb 18. First link was defective — ‘already redeemed’ error. Second purchase worked. One gift delivered, two payments taken. Support keeps sending me in circles. Transaction IDs: 7HAGNBIG0U3A-A-0 and 7HANLOMG0U3A-A-0. @GrabPH
@GrabSG@GrabPH@Grab been nearly a MONTH & support ticket #CAS-100050589975 filed Feb 18 remains UNRESOLVED. I’m customer in the Phil still waiting for refund. It’s unacceptable customer service. I’m escalating this publicly until you take action. Resolve this ASAP #GrabPH
@grabph The email was sent to the person I sent the gift to. She said there were no notification where your supposed gift will be sent to. Here’s the app screenshot. 😭
@grabph I followed your instructions exactly. I checked my Grab app Messages → Notifications - NO GrabGift message. Nothing. You claim it was issued — but it is not in my app. I sent you an email that MAY get forgotten again. This has been going on since February 18.
@grabph As of today, this has not been resolved. You sent an email telling me to open my app since you sent me this email.
Upon opening my app - there WAS NO NOTIF that a Grabgift can be redeemed. For the record my app is updated. Very disappointing.
@grabph Thanks for finally responding. I’ll be monitoring my registered email for updates. I’m expecting a concrete resolution, not just another acknowledgment. Ticket #CAS-100050589975 has been open for 27 days. I trust Grab will close this with an actual refund, not another delay.
For those who don’t know — GrabPay is an e-money issuer regulated by @BSPgovph. That means unresolved refund disputes like mine (Ticket #CAS-100050589975) fall under BSP’s jurisdiction. I’ll be filing via their CAMS consumer assistance portal if Grab doesn’t act w/in 48 hours.hrs
Update: I will be filing formal complaints with @DTI_Philippines and @BSPgovph if Grab does not respond with a concrete resolution within 48 hours. Ticket #CAS-100050589975 has been open since February 18 with zero action. I have documented everything.
@DTI_Philippines I am formally notifying you of this unresolved consumer complaint. Grab has failed to process my legitimate refund (Ticket #CAS-100050589975) since February 18. I am prepared to file a formal complaint if this is not resolved within 48 hours.
To be clear — I have contacted Grab support multiple times through the app and email since Feb 18. Every time I follow up, I get automated replies or am told to “wait for an update.” Nearly a month later, still nothing. This is not okay. #CAS-100050589975
“I can’t afford much” — Just €5 feeds a hungry child today.
“Will it really help?” — Yes. One meal changes everything.
“Someone else will donate” — What if everyone thought that?

@tpaction@MrsErikaKirk You have the most beautiful eyes. But now there’s a sadness in them, the spark has dimmed. And your smile holds painful memories. Still, we can see that you KNOW that you’re held by the one who carried the cross.
